    Very disappointed with the service from Magna Windows. Had a back door and patio door. Took 5 calls by the engineers to complete the installation. We had Magna Windows because we thought that they looked professional company, that was a mistake. Back door would not fit, badly measured and would not fit, had to wait for a new one to be made. Very poor fitting by engineers, no quality control. Took 3 replacement window units in the back door, every time they brought a replacement only to find the glass was scratched on the inside of the double glazing. Then the engineers damaged our gate and didn’t say anything. I would not recommend them to anyone. Jackson’s Whetstone.

    We regularly shop at this M and S, in Oadby, yesterday we bought the meal deal for £12. We must admit it was pretty gross. ( rump steak was terrible ) We went back to complain and met the wonderful manager, who not only apologised but gave us a full refund and a free meal deal, which was perfect. Kelly was the perfect manager and very understanding. We will continue to shop there. The staff are very friendly and helpful, which means a lot these days. Thank you Marks and Spencer..Oadby.
